Any tickets purchased by mail must be mailed a minimum of 7 days prior to your scheduled event and will be held at the Will Call desk. They will be available one hour prior to the performance.

A seating chart is located at the bottom of this page. Our door entrances are on the right side of the chart. Please note that main floor seating has more legroom and the seats are wider than balcony seating.
REFUND POLICY:
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. If you are unable to use your tickets, they may be returned to the Box Office in exchange for a charitable donation receipt. If an event is cancelled due to weather or other circumstances, tickets will be reimbursed or can be exchanged for another performance. Performances will not be cancelled as long as performers are able to make it to perform.

Paid tickets may be picked up at the Will Call Desk one hour before each performance.
CHILDREN:
Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Children are welcome to enjoy performances. However, for the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, the parents of children who are disruptive will be asked to take their child into the lobby area.
ACCESSIBILITY:
Handicap accessible seating is available by calling or visiting the box office directly -- they are not available for purchase online. When ordering tickets, please notify the Box Office of any special accommodations you may need. Please inform the Box Office if you will be attending with an assistance animal so that the best accommodations can be provided for you and your assistance animal.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
