Peace, Love & Cheese Curds Tour: Comedy with Mary Mack & Friends
Saturday, October 14, 2023 - 7:00 p.m.
You’ve seen her on Comedy Central, Last Comic Standing & The Tonight Show, now see her LIVE!! KICKING OFF THE PEACE, LOVE, AND CHEESE CURDS TOUR ... hilarious comedian Mary Mack is coming to Memorial Auditorium and bringing her amazing friends Sherlonda Sharp & Jodie Maruska! You will absolutely love them! Come laugh with us and bring your friends!
A hybrid of Minnesota and Wisconsin (with a severe cheese dependency), comedian Mary Mack is a favorite on radio shows and podcasts around the country including, Marc Maron's WTF Podcast, The Bob and Tom Show, and The Grand Ole Opry. Mary co-stars as Jesse in the Hulu cartoon Solar Opposites by the creators of Rick and Morty. She’s appeared in Montreal’s Just For Laughs Festival, HBO’s Andy Kaufman Awards, San Francisco’s Sketchfest, and the Dry Bar comedy series. Mack’s television credits include Comedy Central's Live at Gotham, TBS’ Conan, Adult Swim’s Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Fox’s Golan the Insatiable, and NBC’s Last Comic Standing, Last Call with Carson Daly, and The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon. When not touring, Mary spends way too much time and money working on her vintage camper in the woods of Northern Wisconsin.
Jodie Maruska may have grown up in Minnesota, but using the restroom at Cabella’s is as close to camping as she gets! After being asked for her autograph the first night she performed standup, she knew she had found her calling. 20+ years later, she is a comedy veteran who has performed across the country in clubs, at events, theaters, casinos, colleges and yes, even a couple of campgrounds. In the Twin Cities, she can be seen regularly at Rick Bronson’s House of Comedy and the Comedy Corner Underground and some of her favorite recent appearances include appearances at Twin Cities Pride, One Man Minneapolis, and Pssy Control. She recently made her festival debut in the 10,000 Laughs Comedy Festival, where she was thrilled to be a part of the “Best of the Fest” show. Jodie appeals to audiences of all ages and uses her familiar “Minnesota-nice” demeanor to great, unexpected comedic effect. Just don’t ask her to go camping. Jodie has appeared with Louie Anderson, Beth Stelling, Jackie Fabulous, Jackie Kashian, Jason Schommer, Darlene Westgor, Mary Mack, Tim Harmston, Jak Knight, Rich Hall, Dwight Slade and more.
“Crowd favorite” “Hilarious and likeable” and “A natural” are some of the ways to describe Sherlonda Sharp’s engaging comedic style. Sherlonda’s quick wit, likeability, and rapport with audiences have made her popular at comedy clubs, corporate parties, and colleges across the country. Named one of Carolina’s Funniest Comics, Sherlonda’s talent landed her a coveted spot in the prestigious Boston Comedy Festival. Sherlonda’s goal is to always leave the audience wanting more.
