Noon-1:00 PM Two 8 foot tall Catrina sculptures that have been created for our community will be unveiled. There will be free hispanic food tastings at the artist reception as a part of this event.
1:00 - 2:00 PM Free puppet show by the artist who created the Catrina’s, with puppets he also created. The puppet show is called "Skeletons in the Closet: A Day of the Dead Story.”
2:00 - 4:00 PM Local arts organizations open for public tours/visits (various locations in Worthington - maps will be provided at Memorial Auditorium)
2:30 - 4:00 PM Free puppet-making artist workshop (email [email protected] to register)
4:30 - 5:30 PM Southwest Minnesota Arts Council reception in the lobby
5:30 - 6:30 PM Southwest Minnesota Arts Council annual meeting and awards presentation
6:30 - 7:30 PM Free live performances by The Azteca Dancers and La Banda Bandate
